About

I grew up in Toronto, in one of the cities most multicultural neighborhoods. From an early age I was exposed to a variety of beliefs and cultures, and had to learn to work out my own faith in light of all the options.  Our family attended a very large church where my father was in leadership and I had a chance to go with him to disciple new believers across the city.

While attending the University of Toronto, I reconfirmed my early faith and felt the call to full-time ministry.  I then transferred and graduated from Elim Bible Institute, in Rochester, NY.  Since Bible College, I have served in churches in New York, Ontario, and Florida from 40 to 4000.  My wife and I planted a church that we merged into another, before moving into Discipleship & Executive Pastor roles for the last 15 years.  Along the way, we have run a few businesses’, started a non-profit (Community Crew), and helped equip pastors in leadership and discipleship at a denominational level (WODistrict).

Our greatest passion is to see new believers grow in their faith becoming leaders in the local church so they can help others do the same.   We have personally seen hundreds of new believers become just that and trained other leaders to become effective in discipleship.  The purpose of this site is to continue what we have always done.  To serve leaders who want to build disciple-making focused churches and ministries.  We hope you find it helpful.
